These Terms of Service govern your use of the Indy Courier Pros website and the submission of requests through it. This is a general template and should be reviewed by your counsel before launch.

Services

Indy Courier Pros provides courier and delivery services in the Indianapolis area. Submitting a quote or pickup request does not create a binding contract until we confirm the job. Pricing, availability, and turnaround are confirmed at booking.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information.
• Ensure items are lawful to transport and properly packaged.
• Do not ship prohibited, hazardous, or illegal materials.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited as described in our service agreement and applicable insurance coverage. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Driver applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or engagement. Applicants may be subject to background checks and document verification, with consent.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
